#15. Original Al Bundy?

As with many other lead TV sitcom roles, Al Bundy’s character wasn’t originally meant for Ed O’Neill. Before the actor was offered the role, the show’s casting directors wanted Michael Richards to audition for the part. However, Richards ended up being cast as Kramer in Seinfeld, which later catapulted him to even bigger fame. We really can’t complain, because O’Neill was well-loved by fans of the show!
