Matt Damon sold his Miami Beach property for $18.9 million back in 2014 and it’s quite a breathtaking site. The home is seriously a stunner from the vine-covered facade to the palatial master bath. Built in the Mediterranean architectural style, this villa is the perfect escape after a long time on set.

The Mediterranean-style manse has seven bedrooms, ten baths, and a separate guest house—not to mention a gurgling serenity pool.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the actor created the property by combining two parcels he bought in 2005, paying about $14.5 million for both.
The home is located on the same glitzy street where Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez, and Calvin Klein are said to have lived.
The living room is filled with plush couches and comfy throw pillows.
